What to do if a seller doesn't respond

A non-responsive seller can be frustrating, especially when you're ready to buy. Since all communications happen directly on WhatsApp, here’s what you can do to get the information you need and find your item.

1. Be Patient and Send a Follow-Up

Sellers are independent business owners and may be busy or temporarily away from their phone. If you haven't heard back, give them a little time—we recommend waiting at least a few hours.

If you still don't get a response, send a polite follow-up message to gently remind them. A simple message like, "Hi, just checking to see if you received my message about the [Item Name]?" is a great way to restart the conversation.


2. Explore Other Options

If you've followed up and still can't get a response, it's best to move on and look for a different seller. Zealock has a large marketplace with many options.
