If you're having trouble receiving notifications, here are a few steps to help you resolve the issue.
1. Check Your Basic Phone Settings
Start by making sure your phone's general settings are correct.
Turn on Notifications: Go to your phone's Settings, find the Notifications menu, and ensure that notifications for WhatsApp are turned on.
Check Do Not Disturb: Make sure that your phone's "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode is not active. This will prevent all incoming notifications from sounding.
Confirm Your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. Notifications can't be delivered if your phone isn't connected to the internet.
2. Check Your WhatsApp Settings
Since all your inquiries come to you directly on WhatsApp, itβs important to make sure your app settings are correct.
Check Muted Chats: Open your WhatsApp app and find your chat with Zealock. Make sure the chat is not muted. If it is, tap the menu and choose to unmute it.
Check App Permissions: Go to your phone's Settings, find the Apps menu, select WhatsApp, and check that all necessary permissions (like Notifications) are granted.
3. If the Problem Continues
If you've checked everything above and are still not getting notifications, try these steps.
Restart Your Phone: A simple restart can fix most temporary software problems.
Update WhatsApp: Make sure you are using the latest version of the WhatsApp Business app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
