How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
You can easily change your plan directly from your dashboard.
Log in to your seller dashboard.
Go to your Profile section.
From there, you will see the plan you are currently on.
You can then choose to upgrade or downgrade to a new plan.
Your new plan will be active immediately upon upgrading, or at the start of your next billing cycle upon downgrading.
How to Cancel Your Plan
If you wish to stop your subscription, you can also do so from your profile.
Log in to your seller dashboard.
Go to your Profile section.
Select the option to Cancel your plan.
Your plan will be canceled at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your plan's benefits until that time.
Important Things to Remember
No Interruption: Changing or canceling your plan does not affect your ability to sell or manage your items. Your business will continue to run smoothly throughout the process.
Benefits Change: Upgrading will immediately give you access to more premium features, while downgrading will reduce your benefits and features at the start of your next billing cycle.
