On Zealock, your item listings are designed to give buyers the freshest and most up-to-date deals. Because of this, our system for managing your items is a bit different. You cannot update a status (like "Sold Out") but you can easily edit or delete your listings.
Editing an Item
You can only edit an item's details if it has no views. This ensures that buyers who have already seen your item aren't confused by a change.
If your item has 0 views, you can go to your seller dashboard to:
Update photos.
Change the description.
Correct the title.
Deleting an Item
Once an item has sold or is no longer available, you must delete it from your listings. This is the correct action to take to ensure the item no longer appears in search results.
You can delete an item directly from your seller dashboard at any time.
