The numbers on your Zealock dashboard are more than just a summary of your activity. They're a powerful tool for growing your business. By understanding your item analytics, you can make smarter decisions and get more leads.
Here's a breakdown of the key metrics and how to use them.
1. What to Look For
Your dashboard tracks two key metrics for every item you list:
Views: This number tells you how many people have seen your item on the Zealock marketplace. A high number of views means your item’s title and photo are effective and are attracting a lot of interest.
Inquiries: This is the most important number. It tells you how many people have reached out to you on WhatsApp to ask about the item. Every inquiry is a qualified lead and a chance to make a sale.
2. How to Check Your Analytics
You can easily see this information on your personalized seller dashboard.
Log in to your dashboard at
https://zealock.com/login.On the main dashboard screen, you’ll see a list of your items.
Next to each item, you will see the number of Views and the number of Inquiries it has received. You can also see a summary of your total views and inquiries at the top of the page.
3. Why These Numbers Matter
Using your analytics to improve your strategy is the key to getting more sales.
Prioritize What Works: Look at which items are getting the most inquiries. These are your best sellers. You should prioritize restocking them or creating more items like them.
Improve Your Listings: If you have an item with many Views but very few Inquiries, it means people are seeing it but aren't motivated to reach out. This is a sign you may need a better photo or a more detailed description.
Find What Customers Want: By looking at which items are getting the most attention, you can spot trends and understand what your customers are actively searching for.
